The EIPs and routing engine may favour scheduling their own tasks first, which
can lead to some tasks being executed after instead of in the queue order.
The use-case with splitter and aggregator using a single thread showed this
from CAMEL-14996. This lead to the splitter task being scheduled first and was
executed until its finished and then queued up internal tasks for the
aggregator completion that was scheduled last.
