With CAMEL-13535 we are making it easier to use the new supervising route
controller.
It has a few too advanced features with filters and allow per route settings.
Its often too much so lets just have a default configuration that are unified
across the runtimes.
Then remove the complex code in camel-spring-boot and use this from camel-core
/ camel-main.
