Hugo and Antora both create the sitemap.xml, since we run Hugo last the Hugo's
version overwrites the combined Antora sitemap.xml. I think the solution would
be to configure Hugo to generate the sitemap under a different file name and
reference that file from the sitemap.xml built by Antora that already contains
references to other sitemaps generated by Antora.
