[~nferraro] perhaps you're not aware of this issue. Should we keep the go
generator or should we go (excuse the pun) with a Antora + indexTable plugin
instead? We have the indexTable for the [Camel
components|https://github.com/apache/camel/blob/d917e1c2209965b5d49af34ce7c9aa4b098c9421/docs/components/modules/ROOT/pages/index.adoc#L14-L18]
and it's data comes from [Asciidoc
attributes|https://github.com/apache/camel/blob/d917e1c2209965b5d49af34ce7c9aa4b098c9421/docs/components/modules/ROOT/pages/activemq-component.adoc#L5-L9].
