I think this is about the release process, not about the website. We can
certainly move the KEYS from
https://downloads.apache.org/camel/apache-camel/KEYS to
https://downloads.apache.org/camel/. Would that suffice [~sebb]?
For the website we need to remember to update the URL pointing to KEYS here:
https://github.com/apache/camel-website/blob/045cbaed3c42a95b0e31bd8f28c913795655e20c/content/download/_index.md#L7
