It would also be tough to get the actual titles or to organize links in a
hierarchy if we extract titles from links. I was thinking of something cleaner,
perhaps leveraging the site structure that Hugo provides. I'm able to build
this simple sitemap for Hugo content by introducing a new HTML layout file in
/layouts (see attached image)
