this doesn't sound ok as-is for current Eclipse Fuse Tooling state. it would
require a specific handling without including it in the catalog. See
[FUSETOOLS-3362|https://issues.redhat.com/browse/FUSETOOLS-3362]
are there other places where there is this misleading behavior in the catalog?
