It will be interesting to add a component that uses [vertx kafka
client|https://vertx.io/docs/vertx-kafka-client/java/] as it supports async
operations out of the box and most of the heavy lifting (e.g: implementation
threads for consumer groups tasks) being done by the client, hence adding it as
camel component shouldn't be a big task
