I've just tried to run test with 1.10. It seems that in upgrade of
avro-ipc-netty, there is a change from netty 3.x to netty 4.x

(execution also showed, that after upgrade there is a problem with closing of
`org.apache.avro.ipc.Server` which hangs)
In case that problem with karaf can not be solved, I can try to use avro 1.10.0
in camel-quarkus, because there is no karaf feature involved.
Then I'll try to solve netty hang in camel-quarkus.
