Fix For: 3.7.0
It'd be good to do a similar change to CAMEL-15873 and import the Google Cloud
libraries-bom in the pubsub component and upgrade to the latest pubsub version.
It would also be an opportunity to clean up some of the many redundant version
properties for the google cloud components.
