I'll try again:
The download page links to 3.5.0
However *the release is not present on the mirrors*, which is why the URLs
don't work.
c.f.

and
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua/camel/apache-camel/3.6.0/apache-camel-3.6.0.zip
Since 3.5.0 was released fairly recently, I assume it is still current, and
should therefore be on the download page.
It looks like someone may have incorrectly deleted the 3.5.0 release files:
