As implemented for 'plain' Google Calendar component (CAMEL-8777), service
account authentication (with impersonation) should be supported by Google
Calendar Stream component as well.
It shouldn't take much more work than adding `emailAddress`, `p12FileName` and
`user` parameters to GoogleCalendarStreamConfiguration and updating
GoogleCalendarStreamComponent to pass these parameters to
{color:#000000}GoogleCalendarClientFactory.{color}
