If you want to "stop" and "start" camel context on a Camel app, then use
suspend/resume on the context.
There is some logic to call start again from old time, but it complicates the
internal core. So its time to cleanup some bit there.
This can also help with optimizing for build/init optimizations with
microservices / graal compiled et all.
