I added the readme and created the PR. I also linked to a picture file:
https://camel.apache.org/components/latest/eips/_images/eip/DistributionAggregate.gif
I assumed that won't be a problem, because the file is part of the
camel-project. If this causes copy right issues let me know and i'll remove the
href.
