Testcontainer framework support from version 1.5.1 {{hub.image.name.prefix}}
configuration property to use a registry different from docker hub see
https://www.testcontainers.org/features/image_name_substitution/
How some of the images are built in `tests-infra` modules dose not take into
account that property.
