Opening this issue again regarding queries around licensing related work for
this contribution. We will be working on contributing more huawei cloud
components in coming days. I will be heading it for Huawei. Would like to
confirm if we should submit the CCLA/ICLA as mentioned in the following link

This is about icla and ccla subission for this contribution. We will be working
on contributing more huawei cloud components in coming days. We would like to
receive an acknowledgement of the receipt of signed documents by Apache or any
project core members. So, temporarily opening this issue to track the progress.
