You're welcome to submit the ICLA, since you're the person who is submitting
the PRs, but it's not required for sporadic contributions. Usually you should
submit an ICLA to secretary, in case you'll become committer. For the CCLA,
it's a bit different, because who will sign the CCLA should be someone with the
authority to sign legal contracts and the CCLA should reports a list of
contributors.
Up to you and your corporation. In terms of contributions, an ICLA is enough.
