What is your use-case?
When Camel shutdown it goes into a state where its not startable again (we
cannot guarantee that all 3rd party libraries and whatnot would support that).
And as Andrea says you should take this discussion OUT of JIRA and to the
mailing list or the chat room.
So continue there....
