for instance, using

{noformat}
camel.source.path.apiName=search
camel.source.path.methodName=searchByUrl
camel.source.endpoint.url=/Patient
{noformat}

is reporting an "unknow property" validation error for 
_camel.source.endpoint.url_ although it is a parameter method 
https://camel.apache.org/components/latest/fhir-component.html#_api_search
