Fix For: 3.10.0
Currently its only components that has support for exchange pooling.
Some EIPs like WireTap, Splitter, Multicast, Aggregate etc also creates sub
exchanges. The WireTap is easier to implement. Multicast, Aggregated based EIPs
is complex and would require some more clever work to make this roboust.
