Some of the Vert.x HTTP based components have some logic to configure SSL via
SSLContextParameters. Currently this is duplicated across
camel-platform-http-vertx, camel-vertx-http & camel-vertx-websocket.
It'd be good to have the core logic in one place to make maintenance easier
whenever we want to upgrade Vert.x etc.
