The online schema is latest version, eg 3.10 at this point. It was recently
upgraded, it was a mistake we havent done this sooner, as its always the latest
release. If you use Camel 2, then use a url for a versioned schema, such as
https://camel.apache.org/schema/blueprint/camel-blueprint-2.25.0.xsd
