Fix For: 3.15.0
The AtlasContext is created once for the endpoint, so you cannot re-load a file
resource to pickup changes.
There should be a new option where you can set it to true|false to force it to
load the resource again.
Then for a file based resource you can save changes to the file for the
component to pickup and use.
