You have to specify the extensions manually via --quarkusDependencies
It would be good if we can find out what camel-xxx JARs are in use, and then
map these to quarkus GAVs
G = org.apache.camel -> org.apache.camel.quarkus
A = camel-timer -> camel-quarkus-timer
