Currently the fhir camel-spring-boot example requires to install FHIR server
separately, and recommend to use
https://github.com/Zorking/hapi-fhir-jpaserver-example
However, this project is out-of-maintainence and broken(I can't build it).
I think it's better we install the working docker image as a FHIR server so
that we can run this example OOTB.
