With my last PR, all the examples are covered by a test but:
* aws-secrets-manager, a finnhub token is needed
* all azure related examples (azure-eventhubs, azure-storage-blob, kafka-azure)
* all kubernetes related examples (cassandra-kubernetes, hazelcast-kubernetes)
* camel-example-fhir
* main-endpointdsl-google-pubsub
* salesforce-consumer
* camel-example-splunk
