[~lb] I'm not real familiar with this. Interesting that schemas seem to be only 
available on platform events. What's the use case for this?

It should be fairly easy to add support for this. In the meantime, the [raw 
operation|https://camel.apache.org/components/3.15.x/salesforce-component.html#raw]
 should be able to retrieve these schemas.
