The OpenAPI specification supports multiple tags per operation allowing
applications to use the tags for custom purposes. Camel only supports 1 tag per
operation.

Recommended adding new method to camel-core-model called setTags(array of tags)
The internal sort within the camel-opeanapi-java can use the first tag for
camel grouping, but then still render multiple tags in the OpenAPI spec
generated.
