If _ManagementStatisticsLevel.RoutesOnly_ is used to configure performance
statistics, processors' statistics are created - the are not actualized. Even
their existence could cause performance issues. It would be better to do not
register them at all (the same way as with
{_}onlyRegisterProcessorWithCustomId=true{_}). See the
