Whenb you have a lot of dynamic SQS queue names, or S3 bucket names etc.
There are likely room for improvements so we can make camel-aws support a
special header with a override queue / bucket name, then you can use that for
dynamic but reuse same endpoint / client that keeps resource low
and then we can add send-dynamic support as well, (camel internal lingo, for a
component that is specially optimized for toD)
the messaging components jms / kafka have that and also http
