Description: The textual route Debugger has several requirements to make it
work properly (camel-debug in classpath, JMX enabled,
{{CAMEL_DEBUGGER_SUSPEND}} set to true...) thus it could be interesting to
propose a new maven goal to the camel plugin to set up everything
