Fix For: 3.19.0
Make it easier to run multiple camel apps, and to have an easy way to
start|stop|restart them etc
camel run foo.yaml
camel run bar.yaml
camel ps
camel stop foo
camel stop bar
This makes it easier to prototype integrations where you may have one camel
send data to a system, and another camel consume etc.
