Oh I was not aware. I wonder if you can do backport without the PR.
At first glance looking at that PR then I wonder if the azure consumer can
process concurrent messages then that timer task does not seem thread-safe
which then would be a problem. But I dont at this point know to well how the
azure consumer works for eventbus.
