Samo Abuhaseera commented on CAMEL-18541:
-----------------------------------------
In Camel 3.18.0 - 3.18.2 it is supported for the consumer only. Not for the
producer.
[https://github.com/apache/camel/blob/3c09791e376678cdb95f85d3cac625385e0f7b01/components/camel-azure/camel-azure-servicebus/src/main/java/org/apache/camel/component/azure/servicebus/ServiceBusProducer.java]
the producer reads the camel exchange body only and it ignores camel headers.
Ideally the camel exchange header CamelAzureServiceBusApplicationProperties
should be mapped to serviceBusMessage.applicationProperties
> Camel Azure ServiceBusProducer ignore
> CamelAzureServiceBusApplicationProperties

> This is related to camel-azure-servicebus component.
> The Azure serviceBus Java SDK has a feature allows sender to send
> ApplicationProperties (Map<String,Object), which may be used for passing
> metadata associated with the ServiceBusReceivedMessage, during Service Bus
> operations.
> This feature is not present in Camel ServiceBusProducer. It sends only the
> camel Message body to service bus. There is not a feature to pass meta data
> such as ApplicationProperties.
