Thanks for wanting to donate this.
I wonder if the plugin is merged into ASF Camel, then the current plugin has
these options

For generating in Excel or HTML as new features, then I wonder if there should
be a new option named output where you can configure the desired output.
Then you can choose among XML, HTML, or Excel.
Thought I wonder if there are use cases where you want more than 1 kind of
output, eg both XML and Excel?
