References to schema definitions are not generating correctly when classes
defined in RestDefiniton _type_ and _outType_ have _@Schema(name = "...")_
annotation. Older camel-swagger-java component doesn't have this issue.
Generated references contains full class name of defined class while schemas
contains short names from annotations.
Also generated x-className extension of such classes doesn't contain class name
but contain short name from annotation.
