1. migrate those tests from camel-cxf-soap which use spring xml configuration
to java bean configuration(which is the first citizen/ best practice in spring
boot)
2. use undertow based servlet transport instead of the embedded http-jetty
transport
3. add more cusmtomerized Undertow Handlers tests
