Camel K 1.11 is deprecating _kamel local_ with the idea to move features in
camel cli
A functionality used by VS Code Camel K was to download dependencies in a
specific folder using something like: _kamel local build
--integration-directory "<myDir>" MyRoute.java_
Currently camel cli allows to gather list of depednencies but not to download
them

it would be convenient to have an option to download the dependencies in a
specific folder.
