Most of our tests in 3.x extend the `CamelTestSupport` class. This class is
showing sign of age, it's getting complex and hard to maintain and debug.
Additionally, with JUnit 5, we have more flexible mechanisms that we can use to
run tests. This could allow us to explore interesting testing approaches (such
as the live testing that was introduced in Quarkus - just an example).
