WebSockets with camel-undertow has a nice feature where you can set the option
{{fireWebSocketChannelEvents}}, and you will get an exchange produced whenever
a peer connects or disconnects on the WS server. Useful if you want to do some
custom handling for these scenarios.
It'd be nice if vertx-websocket had a similar feature.
