Description: Atmosphere builds an in-memory map for each consumer but,

the path, the logic in Atmosphere is not enough, and messages are redirected
to the first entry of the map. (was: After jetty and atmosphere update, a test
was failing because a route with the query parameter useSteeming=true was
stealing messages sent to other endpoints, renaming useStreaming to streaming
solved the issue. Though I cannot explain this behavior, I couldn't understand
if the issue is with jetty or atmosphere.)
