We have our own copy of existing maven plugins with some special code - maybe
for some build speed improvements. But can we try to move that into the
original maven plugins so we dont have our own copy that we cannot maintain and
upgraded to newer versions due to API changes and whatnot.
It happends for both javadoc and resource plugin.
