It would be good to include yyyy-MM-dd in the MANIFEST.MF so we know when JARs
was build, and therefore released.
We need this for tooling as they can use that to tell users when a Camel
version was released, and also whether its EOL or not etc. (1 year since
release).
Today the information is manually entered in camel-website in the release
archive.
