Fix For: 3.20.5, 3.21.0, 4.0-RC1, 4.0
Currently they are registered lazy but this means they are not available via
JMX.
And it would be better to register them eager, so its all out of the box.
The current code in camel-cli-connector should then be done via
camel-kamelet-main / camel-main during their bootstrap
