There was PR that removed tabs-sync feature from several pages:

For example, here:
[https://camel.apache.org/components/next/eips/message-translator.html] if you
click {{XML}} than corresponding tab will be activated in each of
tabs-sections. But here:
[https://camel.apache.org/components/next/eips/choice-eip.html] you need to
choose XML/YAML by hand at every tabs-section.
