Description:
Running the SFTP tests from camel-ftp causes several new entries to be added to
the file:
{noformat}
$HOME/.ssh/known_hosts
{noformat}
This happens because some tests are missing the URI setting
"{_}knownHostsFile{_}". These tests should be modified to include this as part
of the URI:
{code:java}
"&knownHostsFile=" + service.getKnownHostsFile()
