Description: We found a regression in *bouncycastle* +1.73+ with PGP
encryption/decryption. Some payloads would fail the checksum validation. The
issue was found during +1.72+, fixed in point releases (last working release
+1.72.2+) and was broken again in +1.73+. As of +1.74+ we can no longer
