[WIP] Test CI(4)
focus on InsertIntoCarbonTableTestCase,
This pr will seperate the test case file to two files. Each file will just
load the same input data file.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/QiangCai/carbondata fixInsertTestCase
