Thanks for working on this. This looks like duplicate of #990 which is
already merged. So please close the same.
Rebased changes or new changes can always be pushed to same PR branch from
any local branch using force push option. Not required to raise new PRs.
git push -uf <forkedremote> <localbranch>:<PRBranch>
