Summary: Clean up stale carbondata files when update/delete
operation is abruptly stopped

When update operation is in progress and the job is abruptly stopped,
if delete and update are success, but tablestatus was not updated, carbondata
files would remain the segment.This needs to be cleaned during next update and
query should exclude this carbondata file
